Open well Submersible Pumps

MECHLION open well submersible pumps are designed to handle Clearwater suitable for Open Well / Tanks. It is of submersible Monoblock design, which eliminates the problems pertaining to the suction and priming. The pumps are water cooled design.

It is suitable for pumping clean, cold, fresh, non-aggressive, non-explosive water without abrasives, solid particles or fibres. Precision balancing of all factors in their design provide this efficient operation along with the mechanical dependability and low-cost maintenance.

MECHLION open well submersible pump by means of simplicity of design ensure long lasting and efficient performance and minimise power consumption. All parts are standardised and precisely machined for perfect alignment, increasing overall durability. Impellers are dynamically balance thereby offers high operating efficiency.

Features & Benefits

  • The pump and motor being single unit no alignment coupling is required.
  •  The motor is wet type water cooled and water lubricated design. Motor is designed with higher cooling effect to ensure the life and is available for 3 Phase 415 Volts and single phase 230V A.C supply.
  • Motor is wound with PVC coated Poly coated wire of best quality.
  • Stator and rotors are manufactured with high quality Silicon stamping to reduce the losses and there increasing efficiency of the motor.
  • Stator and rotors are impregnated with synthetic varnish under vacuum and baked under control temperature to get hard finish and corrosion resistance.
  • All rotating parts like impeller and rotors are dynamically balanced and All components are precisely machined on modern precision machine tools to give you years of reliable operation.
  • It can with stand wide variation of supply voltage
